The Ohio State University, Department of Comparative Studies, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-eligible position at the rank of assistant professor in global studies of culture, science and technology, beginning autumn 2008. Research and teaching interests should complement those of existing faculty. <BR>
<BR>
Comparative Studies is an interdisciplinary, tenure-granting department in the College of Humanities with 20 core faculty and more than 50 associated faculty. The department offers a Ph.D., an M.A., and a B.A. that includes concentrations in comparative cultural studies, comparative ethnic and American studies, comparative literature, folklore, religious studies, and science studies.
