Faculty Position at Assistant Professor Level

The Nanyang Centre for Public Administration at the College of Humanities, Arts & Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites qualified academics to apply for a faculty position as Assistant Professor. Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas are invited to apply:

• Public Organization and Management
• Public Policy

The Nanyang Centre for Public Administration is an interdisciplinary and professional school committed to excellence in research, teaching and service and to addressing critical issues of public administration, and public policy in China. It currently runs two master programs, Master of Science in Managerial Economics (MME) and Master of Public Administration (MPA), for mid-senior level Chinese government officials. Starting from 1998, the two programmes, known as “Mayors’ Class” has enrolled nearly 1000 officials, many of them have become mayors or even vice governors. The Centre also runs executive programmes, training more than 800 Chinese officials per year. The Nanyang Centre is the largest and has consistently seen as best suited public affairs school outside China in providing professional education in public administration and public policy for Chinese government leaders.
