The Newhouse School’s Communications Department is looking to expand its social media course offerings and research programs, and seeks an innovative individual to lead us in this endeavor. The ideal candidate has extensive experience using social media in professional, commercial or educational contexts, and can teach a cross-section of communication students the tools and technologies as well as conceptual and strategic issues surrounding social and mobile media.
Review of applications begins October 22, and this tenure-track position begins August 2011 for the 2011-2012 academic year.
