The CLL is seen to be central to this goal and has recently undergone an external review. An advisory committee will be estab- lished to support the CLL.
The Director will pursue relationships with external contacts and organizations to advance the work of the CLL. A strategic/business plan will be developed that will include fundraising in collaboration with Uni- versity Advancement and securing external grant funding aligned with CLL’s mandate.
Qualifications include a completed PhD (or equivalent), a significant record of research and publication in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, leadership experience in SoTL initiatives, demonstrated success in securing external funding and prior administrative/managerial experience.
