√American Studies: The University of Hawai'i at Manoa, Department of American Studies, invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor full-time 9-month appointment, to begin August 2011, pending position clearance and availability of funds. Duties: Teach American Studies undergraduate and graduate courses; teach/conduct research in Film, TV, and/or New Media; work with graduate students; and other duties as assigned by chair. Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in American Studies or related area, ABDs will be considered. Ability to teach American Studies undergraduate and graduate courses and to teach/conduct research in Film, TV and/or New Media. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
