TITLE OF POSITION:
ASSISTANT DEAN OF DISTANCE LEARNING

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Senior administrator whose primary responsibilities are leadership,  
planning, budget, evaluation, recruitment and supervision of distance  
learning at the college. Report to VP and Dean of Academic Affairs.  
Serve on Academic Services Leadership Council. Work with faculty to  
assess current program and make recommendations to VP on improvements  
aimed at program growth. Supervise small staff of professionals.  
Requires Masters, three years experience as coordinator or director  
of DL program at institution of higher learning, two years exp. in  
WebCT or other course management system, two years exp. in higher ed  
instruction. Minimum starting salary $77,160.
