Job Description
NITLE seeks applicants for a position on its program team: an  
Associate Director of Programs.

NITLE's mission is to advance liberal education in the digital age.  
Our programs spark innovation in institutional and individual  
practices to enrich undergraduate education. NITLE provides faculty,  
instructional technologists, and librarians with programs in "digital  
pedagogy"; participant-centered communities of practice; on-line  
information resources; and peer networking. We encourage colleges to  
adopt efficient, mission-centered enterprise tools with a program of  
managed services, selected discounts, and peer and expert  
consultation. In our work, we leverage the expertise of our  
participant community to promote the strategic understanding and  
effective adoption of digital technologies.

Associate Director of Programs: NITLE seeks an experienced educator  
and leader committed to liberal education who will work with the  
Director to guide the program team and develop, plan, and ensure the  
quality of NITLE's professional development programs and  
collaborative projects.

The position is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
