Associate Director and Asst Professor Philosophy of Science/History  
of Science
The New School for General Studies
The Associate Director is a full-time faculty member who works  
closely with the Director in administering and overseeing the daily  
operation of the Bachelor's Program. This includes responsibility for  
approximately 900 matriculated students, 20 faculty advisors, one  
other full-time administrator, and clerical assistants. He or she  
will teach one class a semester. This is a tenure-track appointment.
Requirements:
- Of special interest are candidates whose academic areas of  
specialization include philosophy of science and history of science.
- Ph.D in field of specialization by 7/07
