The Communication Arts Department of the College of Arts and Sciences  
at New York Institute of Technology is seeking applications for a  
tenure track assistant professor position at the Manhattan campus.  
The faculty will teach courses within the interactive media/computer  
graphics specialization of the Communication Arts MA degree program  
as well as basic digital media courses at the undergraduate and  
graduate level to all specializations. The faculty is expected to  
publish and exhibit in peer-reviewed journals and exhibitions. He/she  
will also be responsible for career counseling for both undergraduate  
and graduate students. A Ph.D. or MFA is required. The candidates  
should have college teaching experience and a comprehensive  
understanding of digital and communications technologies, including  
demonstrated programmatic skills and interactive art /design  
experience in addition to solid knowledge of media art. Candidates  
with international and global exhibition and teaching record are
