DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Professional Studies Division of  
Lesley College is seeking a full-time 9-month faculty member in  
communications and technology. Responsibilities include teaching and  
advising undergraduate students, participating in curriculum  
development, serving on appropriate college and university committees  
and task forces, and participating in recruitment and retention  
activities. Students in this major study basic theories and issues  
related to communication and develop the ability to use technology to  
create, collect, analyze, and communicate information. They also  
learn the fundamental skills of image creation and design. The major  
currently has two tracks: Visual Communication Technology and  
Integrated Business Communication. Experiential learning is a vital  
part of the major.

REQUIREMENTS: A doctoral degree is preferred, as well as evidence of  
successful teaching. Experience with traditional and adult learners  
at the undergraduate level, with a variety of educational delivery  
systems, and with college/school/community partnerships, is desired.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Background Checks are required for all
