Under the supervision of the Chief Learning Officer and in  
coordination with the Chief Information Technology Officer, the  
Director will coordinate and provide support in the evaluation and  
application of instructional software, design and development of  
electronic curriculum materials and the development and delivery of  
innovative instructional modules. The incumbent will: create and/or  
coordinate general and discipline specific programs for faculty  
support and development as related to "Learning College" concepts and  
teaching with technology; identify and promote new technologies;  
provide intermediate and advanced design/development of courseware;  
coordinate college-wide faculty web development. Candidate should  
have experience with learning management systems, excellent written  
and oral communication, and familiarity with innovative teaching  
approaches.
Requires: Masters Degree in instructional systems design,  
instructional technology, educational technology, learning  
technologies or related field and a minimum of three years in  
leadership position related to higher education instructional  
technology. Teaching experience is essential. Hiring range: $55,932 - 
$62,256 depending upon experience. CMC offers excellent benefits.
