School of Communication. Simon Fraser University. The School of  
Communication at Simon Fraser University invites applications for up  
to two 12-month (renewable) limited term positions at the rank of  
Assistant Professor, effective 1 January 2006. The successful  
candidate will have a recently completed Ph.D. in Communication, or a  
related discipline, and evidence of successful undergraduate  
teaching. Those with ABD status may also be considered for the  
position. Preferred candidates will have teaching and research  
interests in the areas of political economy of communication,  
telecommunication regulation and communication policy; communication  
research methods and design; technology and society. All qualified  
candidates are encouraged to apply; however Canadians and permanent  
residents will be given priority. Simon Fraser University is

appointments are subject to budgetary authorization. Applications
